1. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your kite, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you with the return process. Please note that returns are not accepted on custom kites.

2. Do you build to order?
We primarily offer kites from our existing stock. However, you can place orders for specific kites on a back-built basis. Payment will only be due upon dispatch for back build orders. This approach helps ensure a stress-free ordering process, as our small team may have varying production timelines.

3. Do you offer colour customisation?
Colour customisation is available, but it is conditional. If you’re interested, please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to discuss your options!

4. What is the dispatch time for orders?
Our typical dispatch time is between 2 to 5 days. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way!
